1. Definitions

• "Panya AI" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to Panya AI, operated from 144 Singhawat Road, Mueang, Sukhothai 64000, Thailand
• "Course" — any structured learning programme offered by Panya AI, including AI Foundations, Machine Learning Engineering, and Applied Generative AI
• "User" / "you" / "learner" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in a course
• "Content" — all lesson recordings, written materials, practice tasks, code samples, and other learning resources provided by Panya AI
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

2. Acceptance of terms

By submitting an inquiry or enrolling in a course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and agree to these terms

3. Service description

Panya AI provides online AI development courses delivered in English. Courses include recorded lesson content, written materials, practice tasks, and mentor feedback sessions. All delivery is online. We operate from Thailand and serve learners primarily within Thailand and neighbouring regions.

Course availability is subject to cohort scheduling. We reserve the right to defer a course start date where minimum cohort numbers are not met, in which case enrolled learners will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to the next cohort.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use course content only for your personal learning
• Not share access credentials or course materials with third parties
• Not reproduce or redistribute course content without written permission
• Submit your own original work for mentor review — not the work of others
• Engage respectfully with mentors and, where applicable, fellow learners
• Not use course platforms or communications for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual property

All course content — including lesson recordings, written materials, code examples, and project templates — is the intellectual property of Panya AI or its content contributors. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own learning during the course period.

Work you create as part of course tasks (your own code, written responses, and projects) remains your property. By submitting it to Panya AI for review, you grant us a limited licence to review and provide feedback on it.

6. Payment and refunds

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due before course commencement. Available payment methods are communicated during the enrolment process.

Refund policy:

• Full refund if requested more than 7 days before the course start date
• 50% refund if requested within 7 days before course start, before the first lesson is released
• No refund once course materials have been accessed, except where a course is cancelled by Panya AI

7. Course enrolment terms

• Access to course materials is provided for the duration of the course plus 90 days after the scheduled end date
• Mentor feedback is available for the scheduled course duration only
• Pace extensions are available on request and handled at our discretion — they do not extend the mentor feedback window beyond 4 additional weeks without separate agreement
• A completion acknowledgement is issued on successful submission of all required tasks

8. Disclaimers

Course content is provided for educational purposes. We do not make representations about specific career outcomes, salary changes, or employment prospects resulting from completing a course. AI and related fields change rapidly; while we update materials regularly, some content may become outdated between updates.

Our website and course platform are provided "as is". We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Panya AI's total liability for any claim arising from your enrolment or use of our website shall not exceed the course fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to course materials if a learner materially breaches these terms (e.g. sharing course content). In that event, no refund will be issued. You may withdraw from a course at any time; refund eligibility is as described in section 6.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be referred to informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

12. General provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between us
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Changes: We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance
